NTT Scholarship Bases

The NTT DATA shcolarships application can be presented during the pre-registration period of the MESIO UPC-UB.

The resolution of the scholarships will be at the end of July and will be published on the website of MESIO UPC-UB.

Characteristics

NTT DATA, in coordination with the Interuniversity Master of Statistics and Operations Research UPC - UB (MESIO UPC - UB), announces:

Two  NTT DATA   Scholarship

For new students admitted in the MESIO UPC - UB citizens of the EU.

This scholarship will cover the cost of the enrollment credits and the administrative fees. The scholarship student receiver will join into  NTT DATA a cooperation agreement practices in the second semester.

Criteria

For the assignment of scholarships will be taken into consideration:

  • The valuation of the academic record and curriculum vitae (up to 50%).

  • The valuation of a report justifying the choice of studies and his interest in the area Analytics (up to 30%).

  • Language knowledge (up to 15%).

  • Other aspects that the court may consider (up to 5%).

The selection process includes an interview with NTT DATA to the shortlisted candidates.

Requests

To formalize the application, interested students should send an email to the address acces.mesio.fme@upc.edu. In the subject should put "Beca NTT DATA".

Please note that you must perform the scholarship application NTT DATA in parallel with the application for access to MESIO UPC-UB Master.

The documentation must be attached as follows:

  • Curriculum vitae.

  • Academic record.

  • Written motivated by the scholarship presentation / report justifying election studies.

  • Certification knowledge of English and / or other languages.

  • Other documentation that the student believes of interest for the court.

  • Personal data protection form, filled out and signed

Commission

The process selection has two steps. In the first one, a comission composed by MESIO UPC-UB teachers and members of the ORGMEIO (Responsible Academic Authority of the Mater) will perform a preselection. In the second step, the selected students are going to be interviewed by   NTT DATA personal.

The commission may declare that no announcement if neither applicants brings together the requirements.

Claims

Against the decision of grant or refusal, applicants may lodge claims within a period of fifteen working days from the day after of publication of the resolution on the website of the MESIO UPC-UB.

The presentation to the call implies the acceptance of these rules. Any aspect that is not covered will be resolved by the evaluation committee.
